We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager!  You will be responsible for leading a high-performing recruitment function while driving the talent acquisition strategy for our company in Netherlands and Spain, with a particular focus on Technology, Product and Commercial functions. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, create sourcing strategies, and deliver top-tier candidates. Your leadership will be critical in building a pipeline that supports the growth of our tech and product teams, ensuring we continue to attract the best talent in the market. 

What will you be doing?

  • Lead and manage end to end talent acquisition, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to hiring managers and the HR team 

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders across the teams to understand staffing needs and shape recruitment strategies to meet business goals

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition initiatives, including direct sourcing, recruitment marketing, content creation, and event organization, ensuring your team is equipped with the right tools and strategies

  • Oversee and actively participate in sourcing and screening candidates, ensuring that the team maintains a high standard for candidate quality and an exceptional candidate experience

  • Track and monitor TA performance, ensuring KPIs are met and providing data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve team efficiency

Job requirements

You are a charismatic, people-orientated professional who enjoys working with in a complex, highly commercial organization. You enjoy hands-on roles where you have autonomy to get results. You are comfortable in the gray when needed but also have a firm understanding of local requirements. You can work with C-Suite leaders with confidence, with an ability to challenge where needed. You like ambitious companies with an international footprint, and can share your experiences, skills and knowledge with others.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Extensive experience in a hands-on, internal TA function, preferably in an SME 

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment practices across Europe 

  • Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems; experience as a system super-user/administrator is an advantage 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees and candidates at all levels 

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities 

  • Fluency in English required. Dutch or Spanish a plus!
