We are looking for ambitious and motivated new colleagues for our business development team! As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a key role in the growth of our company by creating new opportunities and connecting with potential customers. Depending on your experience, you can advance to the role of Business Development Representative with us within 1-2 years.

What will you be doing?

As an SDR, you will support the team in identifying new opportunities and building partnerships. You are eager to learn and have a good eye for potential customers. You will conduct market research to learn more about our industry and competitors, and assist in preparing client meetings and presentations. In addition, together with colleagues from our team, you will visit events to gain knowledge and network. With your enthusiasm and growing knowledge, you will help expand the MSP client base and strengthen existing relationships.

Job requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service or other relevant environment

  • Curious about payment solutions (both offline & online) and integration processes

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
