About the role
We are looking for a QA Analyst to ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of payment platforms across multiple products and integrations. In this role, you will be responsible for validating end-to-end payment workflows, identifying defects early, and contributing to both manual and automated testing processes across web, API, and transaction systems. You will collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and support specialists to maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and user experience across all payment solutions.
Job requirements
What you'll be doing:
Designing, executing, and maintaining manual and automated test cases for payment applications and services
Validating end-to-end transaction flows including payments, refunds, settlements, webhooks, and API responses
Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects with clear reproduction steps and impact analysis
Performing regression, integration, and system testing across multiple projects
Developing and maintaining automated test suites using Playwright and Python, and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins
Investigating and reproducing customer-reported issues and supporting production incident analysis
Collaborating with developers and product teams to ensure requirements are testable and clear
Participating in release validation and quality sign-off processes
Contributing to continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards
What you'll need:
3+ years of QA experience in software or fintech environments
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and the QA lifecycle
Experience testing payment systems, APIs, or financial transaction platforms
Hands-on experience with automation testing, with Playwright and Python preferred
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or similar platforms
Solid knowledge of API testing tools including Postman and REST clients
Experience with bug tracking and test management systems such as Jira and Confluence
Basic SQL or database validation skills
Nice to have:
Experience in a Payment Service Provider (PSP) or fintech environment
Knowledge of payment protocols, gateways, or compliance standards
Exposure to performance or load testing tools
