Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Product Manager at MultiSafepay.

What you will be doing?

• Dive into the market to understand what SMEs really need, and where we can make the biggest difference

• Shape the product vision, roadmap, and priorities that help us grow and serve our merchants better

• Work closely with our engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to turn ideas into great customer experiences

• Plan and run product launches, from go-to-market strategy to commercial terms and positioning

• Drive adoption and growth through clear messaging, smart product improvements, and collaboration with customer-facing teams

• Track performance with clear KPIs and OKRs, and use data to guide what comes next

• Build relationships across the business, from leadership to partners and customers, to make sure we’re all moving in the same direction

• Experience in product management, ideally in fintech or payments

• You have successfully delivered products that drive commercial success

• Understanding of the SME payment landscape and how merchants think

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, agile environment where priorities can shift

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, you know how to use data to make smart calls

• Great communicator who can connect with both technical and non-technical audiences

• A team player who can bring people together and get things done

• Business-minded, with an eye on impact and growth
