People & Talent Business Partner

We’re looking for a People & Talent Business Partner to join MultiSafepay (MSP) in Amsterdam and help us take our people strategy to the next level. This role is a mix of hands-on and strategic. Some days you’ll be advising manager on organizational design or workforce planning, and other days you’ll be rolling up your sleeves—whether that’s supporting recruitment, handling HR ops, or jumping in to solve employee questions. If you like variety and want to make a real impact both day-to-day and long-term, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll report to our Head of People (based in Spain) and work closely with our international HR team.

What will you be doing?

• Work with managers to turn their business goals into people strategies that actually make a difference

• Coach and support managers on leadership, team dynamics, and change

• Keep our culture strong by driving engagement, inclusion, and collaboration

• Help design and guide organizational change during times of growth

• Be the go-to person for employee relations, always bringing a fair and human touch

• Use data and insights to spot trends and improve how we work

• Team up with Talent Acquisition to hire great people and support internal mobility

• Be hands-on in creating smooth people processes that help us scale

You enjoy being involved in all parts of the employee journey, from big-picture strategy to the day-to-day details that keep things running smoothly. You’re confident working with (senior) managers, but also love rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on.

• 3+ years experience in People Business Partner role, with exposure to recruitment practices, HR processes and employment law in Netherlands

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems; experience as a system super-user/administrator is an advantage

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Fluency in English and Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus
