Operational Risk Manager

We are looking for a Operational Risk Manager to join our risk, compliance and legal team!

What will you be doing?

• Your primary focus is on third-party/outsourcing, reputational and business continuity risk

• Facilitate risk assessments across the organization and help enhancing risk control measures

• Provide clear expert opinions and recommendations to management on non-financial risk management issues

• Prepare and present detailed risk reports, with trend analyses, and aligned risk opinions on key risk and key performance indicators

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as IT, legal, compliance, and senior management to drive a culture of security awareness and compliance

• Stay updated on emerging threats, trends, in non-financial risk types to proactively advise the companies' security posture

• Completed degree in a relevant area. Additional education/certificates in risk is a pre

• Strong background in operational risk anagement within fintech, banking, or financial services

• Expertise in developing and implementing risk control measures to prevent fraud, cybersecurity threats, and process failures

• Familiarity with risk frameworks, compliance standards, and regulations

• Strong ability to engage with senior management, regulators, and internal teams on risk matters

• Comfortable working in a dynamic fintech setting

• Fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
