Junior QA - POS

About the role

We are looking for an entry level Quality Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of POS applications by testing core transaction workflows and identifying defects before they reach customers. In this role you will work closely with an experienced POS specialist who will provide guidance and day-to-day training on resolving customer-reported issues, preventing payment and transaction errors, and supporting smooth daily operations for our clients.

What you’ll be doing:

• Executing manual test cases for POS applications

• Identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs clearly

• Testing Point-of-sale workflows such as payments and refunds

• Verifying fixes and perform regression testing

• Providing support for customer-reported issues and help reproduce problems

• Working with developers and support teams to resolve issues

• Communicating issues and updates to wider teams 

What you’ll need:

• Basic knowledge of software testing and QA processes

• Understanding of basic POS workflows such as sales and refunds 

• Manual testing experience (UI and functionality)

• Willingness to learn automation testing tools (Playwright, Python) 

• Fluent English communication skills
