Job description
As ISV Partner Manager, you will develop and manage relationships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and SaaS platforms, driving joint go-to-market strategies and ensuring the successful integration and promotion of MultiSafepay's payment solutions within partner ecosystems.
In this role, you work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Operations) and external partners to deliver optimal payment solutions. Your commercial skills and knowledge of both SaaS and the payment industry directly contribute to our growth and success in a dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with ISV partners, acting as the primary point of contact to drive mutual growth and success. You understand the partners' needs and will advise on the use of our APIs, white-label solutions, and payment products (online, in-person, omnichannel).
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, focusing on market expansion and revenue generation.
Integration Support: Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate seamless integration of MultiSafepay's payment solutions into partner platforms.
Go-to-Market Initiatives: Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement joint marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities.

Job requirements
Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role within the FinTech or SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing ISV partnerships.
Strong understanding of payment solutions and integration processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at all organizational levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
