Financial Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst at MultiSafepay! You’ll be an important partner to the Business Controller, helping to analyze performance, streamline reporting, and support strategic initiatives. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute directly to the MultiSafepay’s success. This role has been created because we’ve grown by 40% over the past year — and we need your expertise to help keep that momentum going. It’s a great opportunity if you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and motivated by both numbers and the bigger picture behind them.

What you will be doing?

• Run and maintain recurring financial reports using Exact, Kibana, Excel, and LucaNet

• Build dashboards and data sets that make management reporting clear and actionable

• Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actuals) and share insights with the Business Controller

• Support forecasting and budgeting by collecting, structuring, and validating financial data

• Keep monthly cost and spend data accurate and up to date

• Prepare straightforward product, pricing, and operational performance reports

• Translate data requests from the Business Controller and CFO into practical reporting outputs

• Provide ad hoc reporting support for business cases and internal projects

• Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent data delivery to the Business Controller and leadership team

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

• 2–5 years of experience in a financial or analytical role

• Strong Excel skills; experience with Exact, Kibana, or LucaNet is a plus

• An affinity for data analysis, financial reporting, and new AI-driven tools

• A structured, detail-oriented mindset with solid problem-solving skills

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn from the Business Controller and CFO

• Strong communication skills; you can present data in a clear and engaging way

• Fluency in English
