About the role

We’re looking for an Event Coordinator with a strong focus on event strategy, concept creation and execution to join our growing team in Spain or Amsterdam. This is your chance to create and deliver event experience partnering with the regional marketing, sales and partnership teams.  

This role requires a strong field presence and frequent travel to ensure successful event delivery and alignment with MultiSafepay’s brand positioning and regional marketing objectives. You’ll work in close collaboration with our Amsterdam and Spain-based marketing teams, ensuring alignment across markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be our driving event strategy and execution across all regions, following the regional marketing strategies and working in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Partnerships to deliver impactful experiences. 

  • Planning and execute local marketing events in targeted European countries: NL, BE, IT, ES

  • Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution

  • Traveling frequently to be on-site for event production and management 

  • Ensuring local relevance and engagement in each market

  • Supporting brand positioning and marketing objectives through impactful event experiences

  • Managing event budgets, timelines, and logistics

  • Evaluating event success and provide post-event reports and insights

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a marketing or partnership context

  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across European markets

  • Strong organisational and project management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
