We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to spearhead Antom's direct engagement with large enterprise clients in Spain and Portugal. In this role, you will be a pure hunter, responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing complex, high-value deals with large enterprises across the Iberian peninsula. Your primary focus will be selling Antom's intelligent global payment solutions, complemented by our payout and embedded finance capabilities where appropriate, employing a consultative approach to navigating long, complex sales cycles.
Job requirements
What you'll be doing:
Identifying, building, and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers including C-level, Finance, and Digital leaders at large Spanish and Portuguese enterprises (€100M+ revenue) to understand their complex cross-border and omnichannel payment needs
Employing a consultative sales approach to sell Antom's intelligent global payment solutions as the primary offering, complemented by payout and embedded finance capabilities where they add value, and navigating long, complex sales cycles to close high-value deals
Proactively building and managing a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities through self-sourcing, networking, and market intelligence, operating as a true hunter with minimal supervision
Working closely with internal teams including product, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and implementation to design and deliver tailored enterprise solutions that meet complex client requirements
Maintaining deep expertise in the Iberian enterprise payments landscape, competitor strategies, and regulatory environment to inform strategy and positioning
Owning your KPIs by tracking and reporting on pipeline development, sales activity, and closed revenue to leadership
What you'll need:
5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or enterprise SaaS with a proven hunter profile
Deep understanding of complex payment systems, cross-border commerce, and enterprise financial workflows
Demonstrable track record of closing six-figure+ ACV deals with large enterprises in Spain or Portugal
Strong existing network within the Spanish and Portuguese enterprise ecosystem
Ability to work independently, manage a strategic pipeline, and navigate complex sales cycles with minimal supervision
Excellent negotiation, communication, and executive presentation skills
Fluency in English and Spanish
