Business Controller

As a Business Controller at MultiSafepay, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial strategies and supporting our growth. Reporting directly to our CFO, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What you will be doing?

• Budget Management: Develop and manage department budgets.
• Forecasting: Create and update financial forecasts.
• BI-Tooling: Collaborate with the BI team to maintain financial data systems.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide financial insights for various business cases.
• Month-End Close: Support closing activities and review financials.
• Management Reporting: Standardize reporting processes (Lucanet experience preferred).
• Shareholder Reporting: Ensure compliance in shareholder reports.
• Analyses: Conduct competitor and market analysis; review research papers.
• Report Preparation: Prepare reports on financial results, including ad hoc and margin analyses.
• Business Case Support: Assist in developing business cases with financial insights.
• Financial Analysis: Compare financial performance to budgets and forecasts.
• Revenue Assurance: Oversee pricing accuracy, commission management, and profitability.

• 5+ years of experience in business control within a technology company (preferably fintech), consulting, or banking
• A Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• A proactive and flexible approach, with a passion for working in a dynamic environment
• A strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen and a constant eye for commercial opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present analyses and recommendations clearly and effectively
• A commitment to continual improvement and an eagerness to learn and grow
• A collaborative and inclusive mindset, valuing diverse perspectives and ideas
